First Look: Inside CIT’s £500m Regent’s Crescent, London’s only Grade I listed new-build

It’s launch time for the hotly-anticipated Regent’s Crescent scheme, which has a GDV of over £500m and the enviable USP of being London’s only Grade I listed new-build.

International design studio Millier has been commissioned to deliver the interiors, with “discreet modern luxury” as the top-line theme. Selected materials include herringbone timber flooring, marbles and ornate plaster mouldings, and palettes will be natural, with hints of burnished bronze throughout.

Helen Westlake, Creative Director of Millier: “We are delighted and very proud to be working on the transformation of Regent’s Crescent. Our design retains the regency grandeur and glamour of this magnificent building, whilst discreetly integrating all modern comforts and technology to complement contemporary living. The building is a piece of history and we are honoured to be reinstating its original use as private residences.”
