London Turnkey Triplex Combines Historical Elegance With Contemporary Living

Location: London, U.K.

Price: £12.95 million (US$16.6 million)

This fully furnished, three-bedroom, triplex show apartment is one of 68 residences and nine garden villas within Regent’s Crescent, a new Grade-I listed development across from London’s Regent’s Park.

Legendary British architect John Nash, who created some of the U.K.’s most famous landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, Marble Arch and All Souls Church, designed the distinctly curved building’s facade in 1820. International design and architecture house Millier developed the full interior plan for the project.

According to the listing, in the show residence, the designers strived to celebrate the historical significance of the building by highlighting the grandeur of the Regency period while introducing a touch of modernity to create beautiful and comfortable living spaces. The apartment also features several pieces of art and sculpture by British and European artists, some of which were sourced from local galleries in Marylebone.
